‘I LOVE YOU BECAUSE’ PLAYS IN PEORIA!

Peoria, Illinois’ Peoria Cabaret Theatre opens a two week run of TRW tuner I LOVE YOU BECAUSE, comparing it with the very popular prime time TV series HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, which stars, among others, Neil Patrick Harris. The opening night curtain rises February 11th at the Waterhouse, a unique performance facility located along the Illinois River in downtown Peoria.

I LOVE YOU BECAUSE is a modern contemporary musical twist on Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, set in New York City. A young, uptight greeting card writer’s life is changed when he meets a flighty photographer. Along with their eccentric friends and siblings, they learn to love each other not in spite of their faults, but because of them.

The Peoria Cabaret production features Jarod Hazzard, Erin Durbin, Adam Sitton, Dedra Kaiser, Kyle Motsinger, & Kates Sitton. The show is directed by Ed Peck with Musical Direction by Tony Roberts.
